The party's over

For any and all new Hybrid drivers of Arizona, the special HOV lane plates are not available. The pilot program was instated a year or so ago to entice people to move towards hybrid fuel transportation. Well the 10,000th plate of the pilot program has been issued and no more are being offered (yet).
